Anders Lundström is proposed as a new board member of Enersize

On September 24, 2019, an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at Enersize Oyj ("Enersize" or "the Company"). In accordance with paragraph 6 of the notice convened on September 3, 2019, it is proposed to this Extraordinary General Meeting that a fifth member of the Board be newly elected to the Board. Enersize today announces that Anders Lundström is proposed to be elected as a new ordinary Board member for the Company.

Anders Lundström, born in 1964, is a graduate of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He is currently active as chairman of the board of W5 Solutions AB, a company that delivers high-tech solutions to, for example, the defense industry. Lundström's past experiences include the role of board member and CEO of Svenska Aerogel Holding AB, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. During the period 2005-2010, Anders Lundström was CEO of Newbeam AB. He was 2001–2005 CEO and board member at PAf Rekrytering AB and 1998–2001 senior consultant at SEE Headhunting & Consulting. Prior to that, Anders Lundström held business leadership roles within the Poolia Group as well as at Rexroth Mecman.

Enersize signs Letter of Intent regarding reverse takeover with TeraFactory

The Board of Enersize Oyj (“Enersize” or the “Company”) announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent (“the LoI”) with Finnish Batteries Oy (to be renamed “TeraFactory”) as a step towards streamlining the company structure. The LoI is regarding a contemplated transaction (“the Transaction”) between Enersize and TeraFactory (jointly referred to as “the Parties”) and includes a reverse takeover of Enersize, transfer of Enersize’s business to Swedish subsidiary (“Enersize Sweden”) and the subsequent distribution of Enersize shares to the shareholders. The Transaction further includes the re-listing of Enersize, then renamed TeraFactory Oyj, on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm, as well as the re-listing of Enersize Sweden. Provided that the Transaction is completed, Enersize shareholders will own 100% of Enersize Sweden and about 10% of TeraFactory.

Enersize Oyj proposes a fully underwritten rights issue and a directed issue totalling approximately SEK 28 million

The Board of Directors of Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” or the ”Company”) today announces its proposal for a fully underwritten rights issue of approximately SEK 14 million (the ”Rights Issue”) and a directed issue of approximately SEK 14 million (the ”Directed Issue”, together the ”Issues”). The subscription price in both the Rights Issue and the Directed Issue is SEK 0.12 or EUR 0.012 per share. Enersize intends to streamline the company structure

The Board of Enersize Oyj (“Enersize” or “the Company”) announces today that it intends to further centralize and streamline operations in Enersize in order to achieve a simplified company structure and administration, and to reduce overhead costs.
