Enersize deltar på Traton Innovation Expo i Södertälje den 2 oktober 2019

Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” eller ”Bolaget”) informerar idag om att Bolaget kommer att delta på Innovation Expo i Södertälje den 2 oktober 2019. Evenemanget arrangeras av Traton Group SE, som sedan september 2018 är namnet på Volkswagens division för tunga lastbilar och bussar. Det är ett helägt dotterföretag till Volkswagen AG. Traton Group SE innefattar framför allt fordon under varumärkena MAN och Scania.

Enersize har bjudits in att delta på evenemanget eftersom Traton vill lyfta fram Enersize’s samarbete med Scania och marknadsföra Enersizes unika produktkoncept. Bakgrunden till detta samarbete och inbjudan till evenemanget är att Scania Growth Capital sedan tidigare har investerat i Enersize. På evenemanget kommer Enersize att visa upp sin teknologi och hur denna fungerar inom samarbetet med Scania. Innovation Expo är öppet för journalister och branschanalytiker.

On January 27, 2023, the subscription price for the exercise of warrants of series 3/2023 was set at SEK 0.02 (corresponding to approximately EUR 0.002) per new share subscribed for through the exercise of the Warrants.
