Enersize in strategic collaboration with Sigma Industry Solutions

`The collaboration is an important part of the rapid expansion of Enersize's new business model.´ Nasdaq First North-listed Enersize Advanced Research AB ("Enersize") has signed a letter of intent with Sigma Industry Solutions AB ("Sigma"). The agreement means that Sigma develops and maintains so-called IoT solutions for Enersize customers. The agreement will be an important part of Enersize's transition to becoming a pure software company that focuses on eliminating energy leakage in industrial compressed air systems.

Enersize has previously announced that it is adjusting its business model to become a so-called SaaS company, i.e. selling its software as a subscribed service. Something that creates predictable and repetitive income.

Sigma's great expertise in digitization and automation is a perfect partner in our transition to becoming a pure software company, which helps our customers reduce the large costs that arise by having energy leakage within their compressed air systems, says Anders Sjögren, CEO of Enersize, and continues:

Our new and highly scalable business model is based on the fact that we have a strong partner who is able to develop and maintain powerful IoT hardware and software solutions. Here Sigma will play an important role.

The two companies have already started collaborating on customer projects.

We see all the prerequisites for a successful collaboration. Where we, with our strong organization and extensive experience of working with software solutions for, among other things, the manufacturing industry together, quickly can create a very profitable business for Enersize customers, says Ola Boreson, CEO of Sigma Industry Solutions.

Enersize online services for optimizing industrial compressed air are sold through partners. In this work, data from international end customers' compressed air systems are collected in Enersize cloud services. Enersize focuses on developing online software, but these services depend on a reliable, continuous flow of data from customers, which is made possible through the collaboration with Sigma.
