Enersize signs Letter of Intent with US partner CTRL Systems

Enersize Advanced Research AB (“Enersize” or the “Company”) signs a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with US partner CTRL Systems Inc. (“CTRL Systems”) where CTRL Systems will use Enersize’s Compressed Air Services SaaS-platform to provide energy optimization of industrial compressed air to the North and Central American market.

CTRL Systems already has a pipeline of interested customers and feels a strong pull for compressed air optimization services as part of businesses increasing focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. CTRL Systems already has a footprint in compressed air optimization as a supplier of advanced sensors and ultrasonic instruments for compressed air data capture and analysis and will introduce the new services enabled by Enersize SaaS with immediate effect.

The LOI states the forms of cooperation between the companies and lays out the partner and pricing model in broad terms while Enersize finishes the partnership agreement. It is the intention of CTRL Systems and Enersize to deliver top-notch service and end-to-end solutions to their customers, and Enersize will train and certify CTRL Systems for quality assurance.

CTRL Systems will fully represent Enersize in the US market and will also develop Mexico as a secondary market where CTRL Systems already are in operation. The cooperation will be renewed annually based on reaching agreed sales targets.

“CTRL Systems’ new strategy is to provide best in class solutions for energy optimization of industrial compressed air to its customers in response to the increasing need for energy efficiency and sustainability. We engaged on a partnership development process with Enersize as we found their compressed air expertise, cloud-based software solutions and certification program as unique in the market. Enersize solutions are a perfect match to our existing products and will accelerate our sales. The Letter of Intent is an important step in building a strong and fruitful partnership with Enersize”, says Benjamin Fried, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CTRL Systems.

“CTRL Systems is a highly respected name in the business as a supplier of advanced instruments for data capturing for instance in compressed air system environments. CTRL Systems was selected to deliver leakage detection technology to NASA and the space station so when they reached out to us we were very impressed. Together we will be able to deliver the world’s most advanced energy optimization of industrial compressed air – helping end customers lowering their energy consumption and reducing carbon footprint as they add to the bottom line. The Letter of Intent is an important breakthrough for Enersize in the important American market and I look forward to signing of a long-term partnership agreement”, says Anders Sjögren, CEO
