In total, there are 44,229,680 outstanding warrants of series 1/2019. Four (4) warrants entitle to subscription of one (1) new share at an exercise price of SEK 4 per share or equivalent amount in EUR. In total, a maximum of 11,057,420 shares can be issued by utilizing warrants of series 1/2019. The warrants have a term of three years from issuance and can be utilized twice a year, partly during the period 1 April – 30 April and partly during the period 1 October – 31 October. The last utilizing period is 30 days before the warrants expire, thus February 6 – March 8, 2022.
