Result from exercise of warrants series TO 2 i Enersize Oyj (Enersize TO2)

Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” or the ”Company”) is contributed ca 259 884 SEK before emission costs through use of warrants TO2. During the fourth quarter of 2019, Enersize carried out a rights issue in the form of shares and free warrants. Those who subscribed for one share in the new share issue during the period 1 October to 16 October 2019 thus received a free enclosed warrant per subscription for every two (2) subscribed shares (“Warrant”). Each two (2) Warrants gives the right to subscribe for three (3) new shares in the Company. The subscription price when subscribing for a new share through the exercise of a Warrant is SEK 0.46 and EUR 0.04438 per share, respectively.

In total 376 644 warrants were used, corresponding to about 1.28 percent of the warrants, for subscription of 564 966 shares at 0.46 SEK or 0.04438 EUR for each share. Thus, Enersize is contributed ca 259 884 SEK before emission costs. The excersise period for warrants TO2 (ENERSIZE TO 2) was ongoing between August 31 until September 11.
 
Number of shares
Following the use of the warrants the number of shares in Enersize increases with 259 884 shares, from 232 637 459, to 233 202 425 shares.
 
For current shareholders that has not used warrants, the dilution effect is 0.24 percent.
